Little reminders. Big shifts.

Daily Mindset Anchors—Now in Merch Form

This store was born out of the little reminders I give my coaching clients—the ones that shift perspective, calm the nervous system, and pull you back into alignment. Think of them as anchors you can see, wear, or sip your morning coffee from.

And yes, you’ll find Benny the cat immortalized as burnt toast here too. That all started when I explained the Burnt Toast Theory to a client (sometimes delays protect us from bigger problems) and showed them a picture of Benny in his bread-shaped recovery collar. One joke later, and he became the perfect mascot for remembering that life’s “inconveniences” are often divine detours.

Every piece here is designed to do the same: bring you back to center, remind you that it’s all unfolding perfectly, and keep you moving forward—one mindset nudge at a time.

Burnt Benny Toast: The Burnt Toast Theory

The Burnt Toast Theory (…and Benny the Cat).

The Burnt Toast Theory is simple: sometimes life burns your toast to save you from something worse. That little delay, detour, or inconvenience? It’s actually protection, not punishment.

Now—why the cat in bread? That’s my guy, Benny. After surgery, he needed one of those cone-of-shame collars, but instead of the boring plastic kind, I got him one shaped like a loaf of bread. One day, I was talking with a client about the Burnt Toast Theory and pulled up a picture of Benny’s cute little face peeking through the “bread.” We laughed, and I said, “I should turn him into burnt toast so you’ll always remember this theory.”

And here we are. Benny became the perfect mascot for this reminder: when things feel inconvenient or frustrating, it might just be saving you from something bigger. Every time you see his little face in burnt toast, let it be your cue to trust the timing and know—it’s all unfolding perfectly.

The Fortune Teller Tattoo (and Why It’s Always a 2)

You remember those little paper fortune tellers we used to make as kids? You’d pick a number, flip the flaps, and wait for fate to unfold. On Friday the 13th, I went to one of those tattoo shop specials where you choose from a handful of flash designs. One of the options was this fortune teller, and I went for it.

Here’s the cool part: it wasn’t until after I got the tattoo that I realized the deeper connection. Instead of the usual mix of numbers, I asked them to put 2 on every flap. And it hit me—no matter how the fortune teller unfolds, no matter what you pick, it always lands on 2.

For me, that sealed the reminder I live by: it’s all unfolding perfectly. No wrong choices, no wasted moves—just the path opening up exactly as it’s meant to.
